Use
Use of Attachment Factor™ in passaging cells:
1. Follow the PRG instructions for preparation of the cells for subculture.
2. Wet the tissue culture surface(s) with warmed Attachment Factor™ (at 37°C).
3. Remove the excess Attachment Factor™ and add CSC Complete Medium.
4. The surface is activated for use immediately: rinsing or drying are not required or recommended.
5. Inoculate the culture at once according to the Medium Kit instructions.
6. Incubate at 37°C, 5% CO2, 100% humidity. Feed according to Kit instructions.
Use of Attachment Factor™ in thawing cells:
1. Refer to the PRG Instructions for subculture and Cell Freezing Instructions for thawing.
2. Prepare the new culture surface using Attachment Factor™.
(a) Warm Attachment Factor™ to 37°C in the water bath.
(b) Wet the culture surface to be inoculated with Attachment Factor™.
(c) Aspirate and discard excess. Rinsing and/or drying are NOT necessary.
3. The culture may be inoculated at once.
